Absolutely not. Once the service is done there is no money back. As you see in our policy # 5 we are not responsible of your liking or disliking of the entertainment in your event, or show, we simply provide the client with the entertainer(s) and the services only. We do not guarantee satisfaction. We only guarantee to provide you with the service for the simple fact that we are not selling shoes. We provide service. We cannot refund service, or change service after the service is done. There are many people who take advantage of us by using our service & then after the entertainment is done & they show off their party and try to get their money back. The entertainer & the company should not be used & abused in such manners that is not acceptable in this company & remember we do our best to entertain you & the kids, but we do not promise satisfaction only the service. At some parties we go to the kids are in the room and their parents are laying down underneath their blanket sleeping, drinking, or smoking. How can a person entertain kids in this kind of atmosphere? We only do our best, but adults need to supervise their kids & take responsibilities for their party event & not leave the kids and go eat or talk in another room leaving the entertainer to baby sit instead of entertaining them. Only the entertainer knows what goes on in one party.
